בעד מתן כתב אישור תשולם במעמד הגשת הבקשה אגרה בסכומים אלה:
(כל הסכומים מעודכנים ליולי 2026):
למפעל שהוא משחטה בלבד – 83.00 שקלים חדשים;
למפעל שאינו כולל משחטה – 163.00 שקלים חדשים;
לכל מפעל אחר – 255.00 שקלים חדשים.
