The Grand Canyon mall branch of Beit HaFul, a Beer Sheva family business of hummus, ful and shawarma since 1952.

Beit HaFul, the house of ful, was founded in 1952, when, by the family's own account, the grandparents came to Israel and opened a small green hut in Beer Sheva's Shchuna Darom, serving food cooked from recipes they had brought from home in Egypt. It now has ten branches across the Negev, from Rahat to Dimona and Arad, five of them in Beer Sheva, and its site's favourites are hummus with ful, mushroom hummus, shawarma in a pitta, schnitzel or chicken breast on a plate, grandmother's challah and the grandson's sandwich. The Grand Canyon branch is in the city's Grand Canyon mall on Sderot David Tuviyahu, with a phone of its own, and opens Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 22:00 and on Friday and holidays from 10:00 to 14:30. The chain takes orders on 1-599-545-328.
