Dovrin 7 is a pub at 7 and 9 Nahum Dovrin Street in the Turkish Market quarter of downtown Haifa. Its site calls it the first pub in the Turkish Market, conceived in 2004 and founded officially in 2013, in a compound between the sea and the rough alleys and old buildings of the downtown. The open kitchen works through the day and the night around its special sandwiches, with plenty of bacon, beside small plates such as schmaltz herring, burrata and a deconstructed sabich. The bar pours draught beers and keeps a chosen list of whiskies and special tonics. The same site carries its sister cocktail bar, Vesper, and the two share the address. It opens every day at noon.
