Sushi Denya is an Asian restaurant at 2 Liberia Street in Denya, on the Carmel in Haifa. Its site says it opened in May 2014 so that the people of Denya, Haifa, Nesher and the area could eat good Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Indonesian food near home, and that its owner is a chef with long experience in a Chinese restaurant. The menu runs from soups, dim sum and soup dumplings to wok noodles, rice dishes and a long sushi list of maki, inside-out rolls, sandwiches, nigiri, sashimi and combinations, with platters for events and a chef who can come to cook at them. It delivers in Haifa and Nesher, takes takeaway orders by phone and online, and opens every day from noon, and on Saturday from 18:00.
