Cafe Neto's Jerusalem branch, in the lobby of the radiotherapy building at Shaare Zedek hospital, open from early morning on weekdays.

Cafe Neto opened its first espresso bar in 1994, by its own account out of a plain love of coffee, to serve good coffee, a fresh pastry and a generous sandwich. Its Jerusalem branch is in the lobby of the radiotherapy building at Shaare Zedek hospital, a timber building shaped like a butterfly that lets daylight in from roof to floor, which its page says was designed by the Canadian firm Farrow with Rubinstein-Ofer Architects. Its page says the chain's coffee is a blend of its own, of beans from Colombia, Ethiopia and India, and that this branch has a menu for the hospital's visitors: sandwiches, sweet and savoury pastries, salads, hearty stews and fresh pasta, juices squeezed on the spot, matcha, chia pudding and a granola it makes itself. It opens Sunday to Thursday from 06:00 to 18:00 and is closed on Friday and Saturday; its page marks it accessible and says the branch is kosher mehadrin.
