Piedra's small city-centre pizzeria in Jerusalem, on Agron Street by Paris Square

Piedra is a Neapolitan pizzeria of chef Avi Sinclair: its pizzas are baked in a wood-fired taboon, from a dough of Italian 00 flour left to rise for 24 to 36 hours, and everything is made by hand on the spot. It has two branches in Jerusalem and one at Shop Time in Petah Tikva. The city-centre branch, at 1 Gershon Agron Street right by Paris Square, has only a few seats: it takes no bookings, and tables go to whoever comes first. It opens at noon from Sunday to Thursday and again after Shabbat on Saturday night, and it also serves pick-up and delivery orders. Its phone line is 1-700-505-678.
