The first branch of a Jerusalem chain of sushi and Asian kitchens, on Aza Street in Rehavia, the neighbourhood the chain is named for.

Sushi Rehavia began in the Rehavia neighbourhood, which gave the chain its name, and soon opened more branches in Jerusalem's older neighbourhoods; its site now marks the chain's 18th year. Beside a long list of sushi it serves dozens of Asian dishes: stir-fries, noodles, salads, meat dishes, plenty for vegetarians and a gluten-free menu. Its site puts its following among residents, students and young people down to the freshness of the fish, the range of dishes and prices for every pocket. The chain runs its own delivery fleet across the city from early afternoon until late at night, and a members' club. The Rehavia branch opens for lunch and dinner from Sunday to Thursday, on Friday until mid-afternoon, and again on Saturday night.
