Zalame ACB is a cocktail bar on HaNagarim Street, in Beer Sheva's garage district. Its website says it was set up at the end of 2016 as the first cocktail bar in the capital of the Negev and in the south, and built as a secret bar in the style of the American speakeasies of the 1920s. Its booking page adds that it hides behind a pizzeria, speaks of a rich cocktail list and tapas dishes, and recommends booking ahead. Its head bartender, the site says, won the World Class Israel competition of 2017 and has worked in bars for more than ten years. The same team runs a cocktail bar for private and company events and gives workshops on alcohol. The bar opens in the evening every day of the week, and on Friday there is a midday shift as well.
