The restored Haifa home of the printmaker Hermann Struck, now a museum of his life and work with free entry, and a centre for print and paper arts.

The Hermann Struck Museum is in the restored historic home of Hermann Struck (1876 to 1944), whom its site calls one of the most important printmakers in Germany and the Land of Israel in the first half of the 20th century, known for his portraits, above all his portrait of Theodor Herzl, and for his landscapes. The house was designed by the architect Alexander Baerwald and was restored in 2014 in its original style; the displays combine original furniture, personal belongings, books and works from the Struck family's collection. Its site says Struck was also an active Zionist and a teacher of graphic art, and the museum's centre for print and paper arts offers workshops and courses in drypoint, silkscreen and bookbinding. Entry is free, and the museum is closed on Saturday.
