Salomon's Vinyl is a rock bar and record shop at 19 Shivat Zion Street, on the corner of HaMaronitim Street near Paris Square in downtown Haifa. Its site says it was founded by Ben Salomon and is the home of music collectors and of rock and metal fans in the north. It sells rock and metal on records, CDs and cassettes, with what its site calls the largest range in the country of stoner, heavy rock and psychedelic rock, beside Israeli beers and wines and other drinks. It opens Monday to Wednesday from 18:00 and Thursday and Friday from 20:00, pours two draught beers for the price of one every Monday, and runs happy hours on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
